I am female, 57 years old with chronic neck pain and headaches. My MRI that I have had recently has showed 1. small disc osteophyte complex 4-5 level minimally abutting the ventral cord 2. small disc buldges at C5-6 and C6-7 levels partially effacing the ventral CSF 3. multilevel neural foraminal stenosis as detailed above What do you think might help me with the pain that I am having?

the report says you have multiple problem in your neck region, the bone is pressing nerve so you are having pain.do light passive exercise as active exercise for may increase the pain. you consult orthopedic surgeon and what advice he has given you. consult me with the advice given by him if you like thanks
